IT services for institutes

Technical staff from the faculty support the institutes in their IT tasks.

The faculty offers its institutes and chairs the option of support in managing their IT landscape.

For this purpose, technical staff are deployed to solve computer problems "remotely" and on site at staff workstations or to administer servers. On request, account management, mail setup, web server support, the procurement of IT equipment and other matters can also be taken care of.

Employees can stand in for each other and work together to solve acute problems. This results in additional services for all participating institutes.
